I’ve update the title to indicate that this is a request for Azure CDN Standard. This capability is available to today with Azure CDN from Verizon Premium via the rules engine. Via the rules engine you can match on a specific referer and deny a request or redirect / rewrite the request to a different location.

Today alerts are set as limits per month.

Let's say that I have an expected monthly spending of $100 and I set the billing alert to $110.

Now add a service in the beginning of the month making the total monthly bill $200.
The alert will only be triggered halfway through the month. If I by that time fix the problem I still have a monthly cost of $150.

Also one time fees, fees that are charged once a month/year should be separated for the alerts.

    My suggestion is as follows.

    - Allow Billing alerts to be set as a daily limit to allow faster detection.

    - Alerts on continuous fees(per hour) only
    - Alerts on one time fees(once a month/year)
    - Alerts on both(as today)

To put salt in the wounds the email notification Microsoft sends every month is a big confusion.

The one big green button "Access your statement" links to a broken page at the new portal.

And below that is a call to sign up for attaching the statement to the email - which doesn't work/isn't available.

How will we know when we can get these features if we get an email every month stating that they are available now, but they are not.

Thank you for your feedback. We are currently in public preview of static website hosting for Azure Storage to enable this scenario. Check out the blog post here for more details: https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/azure-storage-static-web-hosting-public-preview. The feature set includes support for default documents and custom error documents for HTTP status code 404.

For any further questions, or to discuss your specific scenario, send us an email at azurestoragefeedback@microsoft.com.

You can now use the Azure CDN to access blobs with custom domains over HTTPS. See the following article for instructions on how to do so: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/storage/storage-https-custom-domain-cdn. Having talked to a number of customers, we concluded that this solution addresses many scenarios where the need for HTTPS access to blobs with custom domains exists.

Native Azure Storage support for using SSL to access blobs at custom domains is still on our backlog. We would love to hear about your scenarios where using the Azure CDN is not an acceptable solution, either by posting on this thread or sending us an email at azurestoragefeedback@microsoft.com.
