This is so annoying I really want to go back to AWS.

In the portal I created a resource group name "1", but this short name is not allowed in the az cli. I had an ASP with a hello world in it.

So in the Portal I moved the resources... After 6 minutes moving the ASP to a new "rg1" I got an error:
    Moving resources failed
There was an error moving resources. The resource group '1' is not in the expected state. Please retry after sometime. (Code: ResourceGroupNotInExpectedState)
