Thanks for leaving this feedback. We are planning to create an API for querying telemetry data across your IoT devices. We will evaluate adding this functionality to the IoT Central connector for use in the Power Platform.

Further to my initial comment, the "count" mechanism within the aggregation feature doesn't seem to make sense even for numeric telemetry values as we ideally need to be able to set a condition and also a count value. For example, trigger a rule if the temperature goes above 60 degrees C for 3 or more times within a 15 minute period.
