    That is not only in Azure.
    Simple script runs fine with "SIMPLE", but returns an error with "PARAMETERIZATION FORCED"
    SELECT 1 WHERE JSON_VALUE('{}', '$.a') = 1;

    Msg 13610, Level 16, State 1, Line 1
    The argument 2 of the "JSON_VALUE or JSON_QUERY" must be a string literal.
