For the sake of those enquiring in relation to Government restrictions, can Microsoft comment on where data will reside, once available? If data will reside in US, then there will be no difference to what's available today. If it resides in the EU, that may satisfy some regulations. If data resides locally (ideal scenario), then that would likely satisfy the concerns behind the questions raised here.
A more clearly defined plan would allow some customers to make a feasibility decision today.
