Thanks so much for the feedback! Customizations of the My Apps portal for both end users and admins are on our roadmap. This includes providing the ability to re-arrange and group apps and as well as using a customizable domain.
We are also looking to see if we can enable embedding other components like widgets. We’re still in process of validating options for this.
Please keep sharing your feedback and ideas around this!An error occurred while saving the comment AJ Tardio supported this idea ·

There is something like this currently in Preview: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/user-help/my-applications-portal-overview
Problems I've seen so far though:
1. You can't create Workspaces to include any of the built in Microsoft Apps - those only show in the "All Apps" tab
2. Although it looks like you organize the apps up/down in a list the portal doesn't pay any attention to it and organizes them based on use? Not sure it even does that though
3. It's showing apps for Add-ins we've pushed out - no reason to have these in the portalRequests:
1. Ability to have Microsoft apps in the Workspaces
2. Have a Favorites tab that users can create themselves
3. Have a Frequents tab that organizes apps based on usage just like the Browser plug-in does it
4. Let users toggle between sizes to show more/less
5. Search bar only searches on the tab you're on - why not global search?AJ Tardio supported this idea ·

Our feature team is looking into options for addressing this scenario, but we do not yet have any timelines to share. For now as a workaround, you can manually trigger the reprocessing by updating the membership rule to add a whitespace at the end. We’ve also added the ability to check the membership processing status, to keep track of the status and know if processing is complete.
