Hi all, a quick update here. We are looking at different options in allowing this customization. We understand that this is very important when you want to keep the look of the emails consistent with your brand to avoid confusing your users. We should have another update in the coming months as we figure out how to accomplish this.

The feature set offers a rich, rule-based policy engine which you can use to transition your data to the best access tier and to expire data at the end of its lifecycle. I think so too. For example, we couldn't access some services twice because of Japan East failure at last manth. We could not access for several hours during that time, but region fail over was never done. It was very painful.
We are looking into E2E telemetry and providing better analytics for our customers.
Push to web is on our roadmap and we will update once we have a more concrete ETA.
