    NOTE TO OWNER OF AZURE *FOR ture developer ,we creative tool engine for next gent .for our reserch WHY HAVE TO TAKE CREDIT DETAIL OF US ,this my user running under RACHA999coperation GIVE paymentod card /why azure still ask to collect credit card from us again,not faire

  3. Google App Engine is the best in terms of free tier for developers. I am sure Microsoft can afford it but they don't. That is too bad.

    i think so.may be mentode pay ment can use only https site ;acctully all need to free for ture developer to use ,and affter we use their program make income the owner can remind to collect % from our incoming
