    Subscription based metrics should definitely be available on the "metrics" blade... especially considering that the data is available in the "Subscriptions" area. Also, in that area, only the total message count is displayed. It would be nice if that number could be broken out into scheduled, active, DLQ, etc. Under the covers, the API call that populates that data in the Azure portal is pulling all of that data back... it's just summing the value to display.
