    Certainly user experience is poor here e.g. are letters case sensitive (had to find out through trial and error) and have no idea how the audio captcha works (type in every word said and if so impossible to pick up every word!).

    The ability to pre-populate SSPR/MFA mobile/email is critical to using AD SSPR for initial password creation by end users. This is in fact unlocks a perhaps unconsidered side capability of Azure AD if Product team recognises the potential here.

    Lack of this feature is driving complexity in our IAM implementation (additional in-house built capabilities), where it would be reasonably expected to be supported by an enterprise access management solution. Please consider Microsoft.
