It seems to be a problem with CU2 for SQL2019, not for SSMS

The bug is caused by the fact someone messed with the ANSI_PADDING and used different settings when creating the table and adding columns to it!

I have performed the script step by step on as well SQL2008R2 as on an Azure Managed Instance.
    Both generate that script flaw.

Remarkably it starts generating the "add column" as soon as you perform the first "alter table add column ...".
Why does it not just generate the full "create table" in a single command ?

Off course the bug only arrises when you add a LOB column.
Then it generates a create table statement including the "TEXTIMAGE_ON"-part.
That causes the "create table" to fail as at that time the table does not have LOB columns and you are not allowed to use that part of the clause in the ddl.

Could you kindly elaborate more on the repro steps?

What version of SQL server are you connected to? Is it Azure or on-prem? What action are you trying to do on the trigger?

I tried on a trigger I created on a SQL Server 2017 database. I was able to script it, view dependencies, etc…

    Thanks,
    -Matteo

I've been allowed to use a collegue's VM to test it.
    It DID NOT work.
Objectbrowser / databases / rightclick - script as create database
It does not script the extra filegroups and files

I"ll request a VM to try it, but cannot use it on our production clients due to it being an RC

I'm sorry. I must have missed the reply by Dimitri.

xp_logininfo shows all paths with which a user can enter your instance or database.

(A)AD group-membership will not come up using the mentioned DMV.
