This work is underway, within the OCI image and distribution sepcs, and Helm 3 repository work.

I'm having this problem as well. It seems to be intermittent. If you perform another 'az login' you will then see the new chart.
The feature for filtering images is not available right now, though we will look into this.

Thanks for making the suggestion.
This can be done by either opening a port on your VNET, using a Service Bus Relay endpoint, or installing Hybrid Connector.
