We’re looking at this feedback and along with work for verification emails, looking to do some work around customization to completely remove the Microsoft brand and allow this depth in customization. Please bear with us as we are looking at how best to prioritize these changes.

Totally agree. In a B2C environment, consumers / customers are looking to interact with the brand that they expect to be interacting with. When recieving SMS that are unbranded, come through from another country (e.g. UK or US), come as the number 123456 or from "Microsoft" customers may be vary about interacting the SMS MFA as it doesn't link to the Brand that they are trying to interact with. In a customer centric world, this kind of functionality is a must.

We have released the Authentication administrator and Privileged authentication administrator roles that can manage the authentication methods of the user. If you are using Azure AD Premium, consider enforcing MFA on the user using Conditional Access. We are continuing to work on other roles that will let you manage other MFA settings.
Thank you for your patience. We have released custom domains for Azure AD B2C to public preview.

We continue evaluating several alternatives to provide full email customization. We are actively working on an alternative.
Unfortunately we do no yet have an ETA.
