    Hi,
    this is coming from an issue with creation of Advanced Update Schedules (startTime needs to be in future)

    I would suggest to actually implement date as it is done in unix. Then you could simply say something like date(now + 1 hour) or date(tomorrow 13:00) etc

    I had requested copy with count=0 through support case 119021419667064 ; the answer was this won't be implemented.

    As a workaround there are several ways suggested here https://stackoverflow.com/questions/45923848/can-i-have-an-arm-template-resource-with-a-copy-array-of-0-to-n
