    I am trying to do this using the Azure CLI and getting the same error message:

    "An invalid operation was included in the following modified references: 'members'."

    I created a workflow where I uploaded them to a Blob storage account and then tried to iterate through and update the created worked item by adding each Blob's URI to the description. It's hard to get right. It *almost* works.
