I just had the same bizarre support incident. In my case the VAT ID was wrong (even though I contacted support a month before to correct it). It seems Microsoft is not able to re-issue a corrected invoice once it is generated. I just can't believe that something like that is a problem for Microsoft. I mean, I deal with many companies (Amazon, Apple, etc.) and I've never seen a company who wouldn't/couldn't re-issue a corrected invoice. Just unbelievable.Stefan Koell supported this idea ·
At this point our recommendation is to move resources into a new Resource Group with the new name.
