    If you can make change to increase the service, it seems in reasonable that
    that to go from Unlimited to Metered change the pricing plan from unlimited to metered by deleting the circuit under the unlimited pricing plan, and re-creating it under the metered pricing plan”.

    Ideally we would be able to do this without any disruption or outage but unacceptable that have to delete and create which involves working with our Telco provider
