    As of yesterday, the issue was still present. I checked again after receiving your response and it is now working as desired, which seems to indicate a change was deployed to address this issue.

    We also need to be able to do this. We'd like the ability to add company name, phone number for the user, and we'd like to add "reason" when they request certain subscriptions. But don't lock it down to certain fields; please make it flexible so administrators can arbitrarily add new fields to both user schema and subscription schema.

    It is very frustrating that everything I pin to my dashboard has the exact same icon and title with no way to determine the pin is for without clicking on it and seeing where it takes you. I have to try to remember what each of my pins are for based solely on its location on my dashboard.

    I hope now that 2+ years since it has been "under review" that it imminently will move quickly from "working on it" to "completed."
