    Just allow admin to add/remove disk after the machine is configured to replication.

    We are evaluating ASR and if we could also enable cloud backup for protected resource with a single data upload to Azure.... WOW, this will be amazing and cost effective.

    If we start the test fail-over and backup this for a single restore point, it works, but next backup using another test fail-over data will generate a new full copy... so it is not so cost effective.

    I will try to play with .vhd files generated by ASR directly on the storage account, something like storage snapshot should do the trick, but the question is how to restore from this? I need more time to test this idea....
