    Andrew,

Thanks for bringing this back to our attention as not being the expected fix. The behavior was changed in 18.4 so that the selection event no longer occurs on hover (and the items below the grid only update when a new item is clicked on)
However the grid still follows the mouse with what looks like selection and we will fix that to reduce confusion. Whatever item is currently selected will have its details below the grid.

I agree with Andrew. The behavior seems slightly different, but the issue is not fixed in 18.4. For example, on the Events Configuration page, if you have two events selected, then move your mouse pointer over the two items in the Selected Events box, even without clicking an event, the highlight changes to the one which is below the hovering pointer. However, the content of the Event Configuration Options box does not change -- it still shows the options for the event which was clicked on in the Selected Events box. This behavior makes the interface even more confusing than before, because you think you're viewing/editing options for an event which is not truly selected. Hovering the mouse pointer over an item should not set the highlight to that item, either in the Selected Events box or the Event Configuration Options box.

Quick Launch item "RestoreDefaultFonts" may do what you want.
