This feature looks like it is there now, But it doesn't work when you click the app redirect url. I specifically mention this in this feedback posting. https://feedback.azure.com/forums/169401-azure-active-directory/suggestions/35785813-myapps-portal-app-urls-fail-for-b2c-apps

The Error Message Title and your request for feature do not seem related. Your problem feature that you state would be really useful but how would you get them to use a specific social account (gmail vs yahoo vs MS) with your invite.
Your Error Message Title I think is seen because you already logged in under another Microsoft account and when the user clicks the sign in or signup button for MS account you then get that error message because the already signed in MS user is not in the tenant and signed up.
I wish the B2C sign in sign up process would prompt for a different user if it see this condition.
AADB2C99002 User does not exist. Please sign up before you can sign in –cold mean Wrong Account currently Signed In

Wow, I cannot believe that this real world scenario is not built into B2C given that every piece of the puzzle exists and woks in B2C right now. My Need: I want to send an invitation to Sign Up. It would be like a Sign-Up-By-Policy-ID function. The critical non obvious detail is this... When we create an invitation to a Guest right now we get back the user guid ID – we then use this user id to set their permissions and app access so that they are fully provisioned when we send the invitation. I need the same feature for Sign-Up users. When I send the Sign-Up invitation I want the userID so I can finish the provision. If they never sign up and do not complete the account validation I am fine with that. The point is I can use the invitation to create a guid user id reservation to complete the onboarding in the AD B2C repo.

To reinforce what Olivier said. It is now Nov 2017 and the behavior seems to be in an undefined status. I would expect it to "stop sign in" to the tenant or at least all apps in tenant.
