    Microsoft is expanding on its existing investments in Africa by delivering Microsoft Cloud Services including Microsoft Azure, Office 365 and Dynamics 365 directly from Datacenters located in Johannesburg and Cape Town South Africa. Initial availability is expected in 2018.

    Aws just announced a three availability zones in Bahrain (my country)
    It is the first in middle east
    What is microsoft answer to that?
