We are currently in public preview of immutable storage for Azure Blobs which will enable you to keep your data in a non-erasable and non-modifiable state for a configurable retention interval.     As a partner, we see this requested repeatedly in Heath Care, Banking, and PCI compliant businesses. This would be a highly utilized feature, and can compete with AWS Glacier Vault Lock
