    Your example mixes the fluent and the IQueryable syntaxes, which is not allowed. Here is how to do a query with filter and projection using the IQueryable syntax:

    (from row in table.CreateQuery<DynamicTableEntity>()
    where row.PartitionKey == "a" && row.RowKey.CompareTo("b") >= 0 && row.RowKey.CompareTo("c") < 0
    select TableQuery.Project(row, "A")).ToList();
