I see the status was updated to Planned. Has there been any progress on this in the past year?
If Azure AD could automatically create a "Customer" in freshdesk for every AAD user, populating all of the relevant fields such as the user's name, title, address, email address, phone number, etc using the info available in AAD, that would be a huge help. If it would sync changes made in AAD to the customer record in Freshdesk, that would be even better!
We have previously imported user details from our local AD, but as users come and go we have many 'customers' in freshdesk that have no data populated other than their email address. Maintaining these gets to be a pain...

Thanks for your app request. In order to evaluate your request, can you please fill out this app request form at http://aka.ms/aadappsurvey? It will help us prioritize the request and be able to follow up with you.
I filled out this survey last year, but have never heard anymore about it. Has there been any progress? Based on a previously closed request for supporting this same site, it seems that there is demand for it. . .
