    Currently Azure Pack only supports Server O/S for Gallery deployments. When trying to create a Windows 7 Gallery Role unable to do so due to "Administrator" being a default username. Plus does not support the "Windows Desktop" O/S. As a work around I created a Windows 7 Gallary Role, set as Windows Server 2012, when I deploy it I must wait 30-45 minutes for VMM to timeout so I can get to the console via Azure pack then finish the installation via VM console
