Can you provide a bit more detail about the scenario that you would want to use this for?

Right now, you could change the purge schedule to occur more frequently if your db is filling up too quickly. You can also delete unneeded runbooks which would also delete the associated jobs.

    Marc van Eijk commented  ·

Hi Beth, I'm sitting next to Tim typing this comment. The purge job in his environment wasn't being executed because of a permission issue. With this issue solved the bulk deletion of jobs is functioning properly. A more granular purging method would still be an interesting addition to the current stored procedure. For instance to do a purge per smarunbook instead of all jobs. And also provide the option to disable storing job history per runbook in the first place.

Thanks for the feedback! Though it may not be built in, our 3rd party billing partners help to fill this gap by bringing showback/chargeback to the WAP portal.

I see mention of chargeback, XaaS, and creation of forms, can I ask for clarification of what you would like to see light up in the portal?

Thank you for the suggestion! Is this specific to usage or what else would you like to see dashboards/reports on?

We are looking into this. And as Samir mentioned, a workaround via SMA may apply to your scenario in the time being.

Thank you for your suggestion! As part of an update release this year, we added functionality to WAP to allow for multiple custom themes to support reseller scenarios. There is more that can be added, though, to support this scenario. It would be helpful to hear from you all who voted on this feature about the reseller scenarios you are trying to support to help inform us when making design choices.

Thanks for the feedback! We will investigate including graphical authoring in SMA.

Thank you. Could you be more explicit about which resources and which metrics you are referring to?

Thanks for the feedback, It’s great to see the comments with the different scenarios as well. We know this is important to some customers, and we are definitely looking into it!

Can you specify the scenario and what exactly you are trying to do?
