We are looking at options to enable this.
It would be great if web apps had a wizard to request and install certificates directly from let's encrypt when adding a custom domain.
We are working on this but do not have an ETA for this yet. Will update here as we get closer to releasing.

We’ll work on this
When using the new preview Portal IE11 running on Windows 8.1 Shows quite high cpu usage after some time. Up to 30% on an Intel i5-2410M. This should be fixed.
Thanks for the feedback. We’re working on this. We started with the top bar, then added favorites, and continued by shrinking the list of resources after opening the resource blade. Much more is in the works — all based on your feedback. Keep it coming and, in the meantime, we’ll keep working on this to streamline the experience for you.
BTW: If this goes live, it could be a reason to stop using azure for me.
Working with the new Portal for some hours now. Result: I hate it, Feel like i wish to burn something.
Usability: Poor. Who ever invented this creapy horizontal whatever Scrolling should be fired.
Overview: Even more poor. I dont find anything where i expect it to be.
Function: Every third button i click dows results in an error or does nothing
So please: CTRL+A+DEL in your AzurePortal.sln
