    Whenever this functionality is mentioned the answer is that there's no point because it isn't relational - however as per the description of the request it would be really handy to have this because it makes it easier to plug into the data layer - at the moment if you use say a repository pattern to abstract the data layer away then your entities still have to inherit from TableEntity, and thus it you can't fully abstract the model from the data layer or even the UI.
