Thank you for your feedback. We are currently in public preview of immutable storage for Azure Blobs which will enable you to keep your data in a non-erasable and non-modifiable state for a configurable retention interval. No WORM storage capability in Azure. AWS has it already. It's under review for more than 3 years and no update yet. This is sad.
This has a lot use cases when we need 2 applications to talk with each other. eg: Calling a role protected Azure function from another daemon function. In this case we need to add the daemon function AAD app as a member of the group.
