    Hello all,

We have added support for the complex objects with the latest preview update of Azure IoT Central. We also have array support on the roadmap and will share more details as they become available.

Please note that these features are in preview and we are listening to the feedback to further refine them.

You can read more about the new capabilities in the device template here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/iot-central/core/tutorial-define-iot-device-type-pnp?toc=/azure/iot-central-pnp/toc.json&bc=/azure/iot-central-pnp/breadcrumb/toc.json#prerequisites

    Thanks
    Ankit

You already do not need to do this. You can use CreateNonIServiceProxy which accepts an interfave that is not inherited from IService, see https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/api/microsoft.servicefabric.services.remoting.client.serviceproxyfactory.createnoniserviceproxy?view=azure-dotnet

@Francesc: sure you can use Azure Service Bus or other components but for service to service communication inside the cluster not having to resort to an external component can help de build decoupled services for zero additional costs

Update: The ETA for this has not been set. This is actively being worked on but cannot provide ETA.

Our apologies again. We are looking forward to shipping this feature.

    Thanks.

Quick update. Apologies for the long time on this. We are looking to ship this in Spring 2020.

    Thanks.

Take a look at this repo: https://github.com/Expecho/Azure-Service-Fabric-Logging . It shows how to do it yourself.
