It would be nice to have an option to prevent the FIMService connector writing back changes in the Sync Engine when portal sync rules are not being used.

It would be nice if their was PowerShell to Export and Import the Sync Engine Configuration. The ability to skip Connectors(MAs) is nice, but it would be useful to skip credentials and OU structures. It would also be nice to be able to edit the GUID on the Connectors (MAs) where they don't match across environments so the Import/Export configuration can be used. Or allow it to match the connectors on Display Name instead of the GUID.
