    With the current Log Analytics tracking option, ~10% of the tracking events might take more than 10 minutes to appear in Log Analytics, and in the worst case scenario, it could take up to 6 hours.
    If we required faster logging/tracking, we could potentially use App Insights.

    This can be seen as having app settings for the Logic App worklows

    In addition, it would be ideal to be able to see the actual parameter values from the Portal for those deployments that have done via ARM Templates. However, securestrings must be kept hidden.

    The same applies to the API Management connector

    Now, you can externalise Business Rules on Logic Apps using Liquid Templates as described here https://blog.mexia.com.au/business-rules-on-azure-logic-apps-with-liquid-templates

    It would be ideal to be able to disable tracking at action level (inputs / outputs)

    It's documented here:
    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/security/azure-security-encryption-atrest
    At the moment, encryption is with a Microsoft managed key.

    The Azure Resource Manager Event Grid Publisher allows us to monitor Configuration Drifts on Azure Resources. An simple example here:
    https://blog.mexia.com.au/monitoring-configuration-drifts-on-azure-with-event-grid-and-logic-apps
    However, you can do it with different approaches, like checking the author, that is not coming from the CI/CD Pipeline, etc.

    Another potential use case:

    @coalesce(triggerBody()?['Entity']?['Array'][0]?['Prop1'], 'default value')

    When the array is empty, this would fail, throwing an exception like "The template language expression '...' cannot be evaluated because array index '0' cannot be selected from empty array.

    There are options to handle this, but it would be much easier to be able to use something like

    @ifError(triggerBody()?['Entity']?['Array'][0]?['Prop1'], 'default value')
