This option is only available on some alerts that get created as part of the Start/Stop VM automation deployment from the marketplace. This is the option I need too since alerts that used to generate 1 trigger are now triggering 3-5 per event. We need this suppression available to all alert types, especially for informational or Sev4 types.

    Hey folks,

It’s been a while since I’ve updated this space.

Performance is a high priority for all new and existing feature in the Azure Portal, and we’re constantly assessing all experiences to ensure they meet your expectations.

If anyone experiences any specific Portal performance issues please feel free to open new items, reach out to myself directly (sewatson@microsoft.com), or leave comments for those scenarios. We’d happily investigate them further.

    Cheers,
    Sean.

The new VM size selection blade has been extremely slow since it was changed to the list view. You cannot filter until it loads fully, which is very frustrating when you know you need 4 cores or a specific series of VMs. This is in Edge browser Microsoft Edge 41.16299.248.0 on Windows 10.0.16299

The current version of the DMA 3.4 exports reports to unusable json, but there is no summary or user friendly report that can be referenced or presented to non-technical people. A simple summary of issues and their category would be very helpful instead of having to run the DMA assessment to get a findings summary. There should be a much better format or selection of type of report, html, xml, pdf, or csv, etc. I have a 15.4MB json doc for a single database out of many.

The work to start showing creation metadata for new resources and modification metadata for existing resources is currently ongoing, but work is required by each resource provider. As a result, we will be pushing resource types out steadily over the next year or so based on each team’s availability. If you have certain resource types that you wish to be prioritized, please create requests on the feedback pages for those services.

Thanks so much for the feedback! Customizations of the My Apps portal for both end users and admins are on our roadmap. This includes providing the ability to re-arrange and group apps and as well as using a customizable domain.

Alongside this, we are looking at ways to expose these capabilities through APIs that allow customers to create their own version that meets their needs.
Please keep sharing feedback and ideas!

The status of this item has been moved back to Under Review. We initially planned to move to VHDX support as part of our support for HyperV Gen2 VMs, but we ended up using the VHD format for Gen2 VMs as well. Some aspects of the Azure Infrastructure do not cleanly support VHDX OS or data disks. So this feature is dependent on some of these internal services being updated which is an ongoing process.
