    You probably figured it out Ben, but if not, you'd do something like the following:

    Param(
    [string] $ResourceGroupName = "YOUR-RG",
    [string] $AppName = "YOUR-APP",
    [string] $SubscriptionId = "YOUR-SUBID"
    )

    function AddRules($rulesToAdd) {
    $rules = @()
    foreach ($item in $rulesToAdd) {
    $rule = [PSCustomObject]@{ipAddress = $item.ipAddress ; action = $item.action ; tag = $item.tag ; priority = $item.priority ; name = $item.name ; description = $item.description }
    $rules += $rule

    }
    return $rules
    }

    [PSCustomObject]$rulesToAdd = @{ipAddress = "13.75.150.96/32"; action = "Allow" ; tag = "Default" ; priority = "60"; name = "MicrosoftAITestSvr-AE-1"; description = "Application Insights Test Server"},`
    @{ipAddress = "13.75.153.9/32"; action = "Allow" ; tag = "Default" ; priority = "61"; name = "MicrosoftAITestSvr-AE-2"; description = "Application Insights Test Server"},`
    @{ipAddress = "13.75.158.185/32"; action = "Allow" ; tag = "Default" ; priority = "62"; name = "MicrosoftAITestSvr-AE-3"; description = "Application Insights Test Server"}

    Login-AzureRmAccount

    Select-AzureRmSubscription -SubscriptionId $SubscriptionId

    $APIVersion = ((Get-AzureRmResourceProvider -ProviderNamespace Microsoft.Web).ResourceTypes | Where-Object ResourceTypeName -eq sites).ApiVersions[0]

    $WebAppConfig = (Get-AzureRmResource -ResourceType Microsoft.Web/sites/config -ResourceName $AppName -ResourceGroupName $ResourceGroupName -ApiVersion $APIVersion)

    $WebAppConfig.Properties.ipSecurityRestrictions = AddRules -rulesToAdd $rulesToAdd

    Set-AzureRmResource -ResourceId $WebAppConfig.ResourceId -Properties $WebAppConfig.Properties -ApiVersion $APIVersion

    Due to various technical limitations, the first iteration of the customer-owned domains functionality will not be available for a few more months. We will provide an update as soon as we can get a more specific ETA.

    If you are looking to use custom domains to use javascript, we are now looking to enable that experience by providing a new (non-customizable) domain. Please look for updates here: https://feedback.azure.com/forums/169401-azure-active-directory/suggestions/15493536-add-support-for-javascript-inside-the-custom-ui-br

    Can now configure Metrics (Preview) to send to Log Analytics (and thus OMS), but only see counts for Incoming & Outgoing messages, and Incoming Requests.

    It doesn't look like any of the other metrics for Active Connections, Successful Requests, Throttled Requests etc makes it to Log Analytics, so potentially a bug there.

    The Available Azure services in Azure CSP document (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/cloud-solution-provider/overview/azure-csp-available-services) currently says:

    Azure Active Directory B2C: This service is currently not available in Azure CSP. The estimated launch timeframe is middle of 2018.
