I would be very happy if Microsoft.ApplicationInsights.DependencyCollector with detailed information about SQL-Queries and HTTPClient-Calls would become available for On Premise-Service-Fabric.
Probably we would need some changes that configure the Environment-Variables for COR_ENABLE_PROFILING, COR_PROFILER_PATH_64,...

Haishi Bai (Microsoft) has built SFNuget which does the trick: http://haishibai.blogspot.co.at/2016/08/how-is-it-made-nginx-as-pre-packaged.html

Unfortunately there are not many "public" packages yet on nuget: https://www.nuget.org/packages?q=sfnuget

There are 2 reasons why I would be keen having this feature:

    1) I've made bad expereinces with Visual Studio Solutions that contained >30 of projects.
So we are working with several smaller Solutions with CI-Builds on VSTS and our final artefacts are Nuget-Packages (these are automatically released to our private Nuget-Server).
It would be really cool if there would be a VS-Solution that describes all the Services that are pulled from Nuget-Packages (= our Microservices) that describe the Integration-tested and versioned Application.

    2) I think it would be really cool if the community would get the chance to prepare Packages (with guest-executables) that allow us to run things like Redis, ElasticSearch, Couch DB, Mongo DB with little effort
...on the Service-Fabric-Cluster - close to the Services.
