This is one of the many improvements our development team is hoping to include in future iterations of our product. I can’t guarantee that we have the resources to get this done any time soon, but it definitely should be in the pipeline.

Managing invoices across subscriptions is extremely confusing. Recent experience involved an outdated credit card and no ability to pay an overdue invoice - no way to manually pay the invoice, not able to access the billing portal to update online. Support desk took 4 days and the issue was ultimately self resolved via a random link I found that took me to another Microsoft Account portal. Billing support unable to help and directed me back to the portal.Andrew Rees supported this idea ·
