    Thank you for your feedback. Your best option at the moment is to process images in Cognitive Search to extract text based information from each image. This makes them more searchable. While it is unlikely we’ll address true image based search in the near future, we’ll reassess based on the number of votes this item receives.

    "image similarity" is different topic with search by tag like Bing Image Search or Google Image Search achieve today.

    It's better to Fully-Managed Auto-scale up/down services.... Not code and runtime managed by customer.

    A common need for users of Azure Table Storage is searching data in a Table using query patterns other than those that Table Storage provides efficiently, namely key lookups and partition scans. Using Azure Search, you can index and search Table Storage data (using full text search, filters, facets, custom scoring, etc.) and capture incremental changes in the data on a schedule, all without writing any code.
