Thanks so much for the feedback! Customizations of the My Apps portal for both end users and admins are on our roadmap. This includes providing the ability to re-arrange and group apps and as well as using a customizable domain.
Alongside this, we are looking at ways to expose these capabilities through APIs that allow customers to create their own version that meets their needs.
Please keep sharing feedback and ideas!
We have started work on this feature and currently you can see export to csv function on “All resources”
Please let us know your feedback on this.

DevTest Labs now supports integration with Azure Shared Image Gallery (SIG).
For the scenario you outlined above,
You can extract the images for the VMs you would like to move to a lab
Upload these images to the shared image gallery
Attach the shared image gallery to your lab
Create lab VMs from these images
Upload images to a SIG: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/virtual-machines/windows/shared-images-portal
Attach a SIG to a lab: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/lab-services/configure-shared-image-gallery

Snapshot as Hyper-V is not supported in Azure yet, but we are working with the relevant teams to get something equivalent. We don’t have an ETA at this point. Please stay tuned. Thanks!MB commented
I agree that production snapshots like the ones available on Hyper-V 2016 would be super useful and make production level changes more efficient when needing to roll back quickly.
We’re working on a solution and will update you when we know more.

Thanks for the idea, Ben. Let’s see how much traction this feedback receives from the community.
We’re looking at using information from the Windows Security Center to collect status from non-Microsoft antimalware products.

We have done a lot of progress on this area in last few years, and we would like to know if there is something scenario specific that you guys are looking for?
