    We have multiple instances (TEST, UAT, PROD) of APIM and currently, we have t hand-enter all of the content into the portal (i.e. Welcome Page, Images, content, etc)

    Would be good to allow this to be uploaded via an API so we can store the content in GiT (or TFS) for review / back ups, and so we can be consistent from one environment to another.
