    The Capacity Planning solution provides capacity planning for System Center Virtual Machine Manager (VMM) private clouds, so you will need VMM connected to System Center Operations Manager (SCOM) and SCOM connected to the Operations Management Suite.

    Dear Richard

    Thank you very much for the suggestion. And actually that's what we have done 1 week ago.
    But we just wonder why we cannot see "graph" of the performance metrics?

    We can see only the raw performance logs in "Log Search". No visualize info available.

    We just want to use Operational Insights to monitor VMs at Azure.
    Do we still need a SCOM server?
