Support scanning Power BI in a different tenant. The tenant id is a field within the Power BI data source, but it is disabled. I have a scenario where I have multiple tenants and need to scan a different tenant. The Power BI instance is in a different tenant than our Azure subscription.

One of my customers wants to prevent HR Business users from seeing Sales Data Assets and vice versa. So I would like us to have the ability to setup groups of users and allow certain groups to see only certain data assets.

When I scanned my Power BI source, it scanned everything including all the DEV, QA and other App Workspaces and Workspaces which we have. This is lot of data and noise for normal user to consume when they search. It would be great if the scan for Power BI also gives us option to predefine the App or App Workspaces we want to scan.

Currently it appears that if you add additional columns to your Azure Data Factory copy activity, then Azure Purview cannot generate the data lineage. Data, especially coming from a source in 3rd normal form, can only really make sense when seen in the context of other data (relationships). We should have the possibility to create diagrams from the datasets, and show relationships in these diagrams and ideally comment them.

A nice bonus would be to automatically scan some relational sources for said relationships (Az SQL DB, AAS, etc) although this should not prevent us from manually define relationships which may exist implicetly (like, say, between two files in a data lake).

I would like External Connections to consider supporting the Integrate pipeline in Synapse Analytics Workspace as well as the Data Factory.

the data factory pipelines with copy activities that use dynamic runtime parameters in the source and sink dataset does not show in the "browse assets".

Currently we can only see what reports are connecting to what Database but not able to see what tables or views in the database. This feature would help tremendously to track the dataflow from raw to visualisation

For 'text' type attributes we would like to see rich text is not supported (even just carriage return for lists); additionally the insertion of tables and images.

There is no option to see versions of, of the change history for terms. Would like to be able to see this e.g. if a Steward makes a change and asks for it to be approved (status set to 'Approved') it would be useful for the approver to see what changed. Would be good to see this as an additional tab.

Would like to be able to add new roles to the 'Contacts' tab e.g. Data Owner, who might be a different person than the people tasked with being the Stewards.

Custom attributes cannot be given the 'type' of 'person/group' (in the same way 'Experts', and 'Stewards' are). This would be used for e.g. adding an 'Owner' who might not be the steward maintaining the entry.
