Enterprise Admins should be given the ability to assign users access to reservations and transfer reservations
In managing a large enrollment with several different tenancies often subscriptions need to be transferred to different accounts when staff move or leave the organisation. The transfer of a reservation is currently a support request. Ideally the transfer of the reservation and subscription would be coordinated so that no reserved hours are lost. Sometimes subscriptions and reservations need to be transferred to a different tenancy so this needs to be supported. In addition if staff are suddenly unavailable then the Enterprise Admin should be able to assign access to a reservation to another user. Appreciate there might be a view that a Global Admin should have this functionality but when dealing with multiple tenancies this can involve additional operational overhead as often different support teams involved.
