Add a column for a Reserved Instance's normalized units. When trying to account for the consumed units related to a reservation ID, the quantities should add up to the total normalized units reserved by that RI. The way it is currently set up can make the consumed quantities appear to be larger than the reserved quantities because the factoring/scaling is different between multiple instances sizes in the same family.

Is it possible to include the Account owner and Subscription ID on the automated email that sent to customers about RIs that are about to expire? The last way we had to locate the account owner and subscription was through creating a support ticket. I have customer that manages many subscriptions VIA that EA portal and customers blindly forward these types email to them not knowing where their own instances are located because they have multiple subscriptions. This could affect the renewal process. Any feedback would be appreciated!

WillH - Are you still seeing it? We rolled out a fix to not cause unnecessary alarms with delayed usage.
Consumed quantities can also seem lower than reported because of delay in sync with information in reservation portal blade.
We added RINormalization ratio to the usage data for EA. Please check: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/billing/billing-understand-reserved-instance-usage-ea#reservation-charges-in-azure-usage-data
Ack on the feature ask. We are working on ways to make the usage data easier to understand and normalized hours is definitely a needed item.
