Azure Free Test Tier Plan
Everyone wants a free hosting. Well Amazon provides a free hosting for 1 year.
Microsoft should too [but as a test server]
1GB RAM, 10GB SSD but the instance will be working for only 12hrs / day
User should be able to set his preferred time slot when the site should work. so, technically its not a web hosting but a test bed.
IF a developer chooses to use a DotNet One Core application he should be getting a full free tier hosting for 24 months :) without time restriction

So many great developers around the world don't work with Azure because of the cost to maintain a subscription. MSFT is REALLY limiting itself here. There should be a 2 AAD user developer tier with a tiny amount of data, I/O and performance developers can use to prototype and test. A developer should be able to test all the apps... like AAD, Functions, SQL, Cosmos, Web app sites. Also, IDEs and Editors should be free. MSFT will make it's money on enterprises wanting to use the great applications that will come out of opening up some. Thanks.
