Buy Azure Reservation with subscription "owner" privilege assigned with AAD group and Management Group
Right now Azure reservation can be bought using the EA Account admin or user assigned as "Owner" directly in access control(IAM). But user assigned as "Owner" through AAD or through Management Groups scope are not able to buy the reservations.

Allow Reserved instances for more subscription types
It is frustrating that there are only three subscription types which have Reserved Instances available.
For instance, https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/offers/ms-azr-0035p/ this does not have Reserved Instances available.
Why does receiving an MPN benefit credit preclude the ability to use Reserved Instances? They should not be related at all.2 votesThanks for the valid suggestion. Collect modifications to Azure reservations (options updates, scope change, cancelling/refund, ...) in activity logs and display them in portal, as well as API capability to retrieve such changes. This can help audit reservations, and establish better governance.

link the reserved resources such as VMs per resource ID to the services that request them. The current system is not user-friendly.
When choosing to reserve resources over a longer period and to benefit from a discount by committing to allocate resources over 1/3 years, the way that Azure does it is really not transparent and not user friendly.
First of all, it should be possible that a resource like AKS offers the option of creating a cluster for 1/3 years instead of requiring the user to create the underlying VMs first and have them "automatically" be assigned to the AKS, so long as the VMs are of the same type.
Also, what if another user that has access to the subscription…1 voteThanks for the valid suggestion. Put a name to the Reserved Instance while making the purchase
In the past, I was able to put a friendly name while purchasing a Reserved Instance but, with the new experience it seems that this is a challenge and I can rename it after I make the purchase which is a waste of time.
