Allow management group level service health alerts
Currently separate alerts need to be created per subscription. When teams are managing dozens of subscriptions, it would be much easier to have a management group level alert or even the ability to select multiple subscriptions when creating service health alerts.

This is a very important feature for us, especially when managing large number of subscriptions at scale. I expect most enterprise customers would need this feature.

Another vote for this one. This is much needed to provide better service health reporting to large sub-sections of the enterprise business and to allow for the settings to be inherited when new subscriptions are created. The current service model does not scale when managing thousands of subscriptions.
This is a much needed functionality!! We are currently looking at integrating Azure subscription health alerts with ServiceNow. Also auto-configure the health alerts as soon as the new subscriptions are created and moved to respective Management Group in the hierarchy.

Yes please. For the moment it looks like we may need to automate this as new Subscriptions are created...

Seconded. Enterprise needs this ability.

This enhancement would help to ensure that monitoring strategy is maintained within an enterprise with many subscriptions. Without the option to scope the alert rule at the Management Group level, it is potential to miss service health alerts for new or temporary subscription resources.

Any update on this one? Can this be considered? Or how to use the ARM template to deploy the alert to multiple subscription?
Currently the template has this format
How can we declare multiple subscription IDs? Is this doable?
If not the only way is to use the same template to deploy the alert in multiple subscription one by one?
