have resolved, active in subject line for resource health, currently it's all the same
Currently the subject line is the same for all alerts
Azure Monitor alert '' was activated for 'xxx2' at UTC
Both for when alert fires up or resolved.
This makes quite hard to integrate with some ticketing system, and even in email, people have to dig in into the body to see what details are.
Would be good if subject line contains "resolved" when resources are back online
"unavailable" when resources are unavailable
