Aggregate Azure Monitor Alerts in Azure resource health
The idea is to integrate these two. When something happens in monitor it should reflect the health state in Azure Resource Health as well
This is especially interesting when youre integrating with third party tools or develop something from scratch, you can have one API endpoint etc to show health state

have resolved, active in subject line for resource health, currently it's all the same
Currently the subject line is the same for all alerts
Azure Monitor alert '' was activated for 'xxx2' at UTCBoth for when alert fires up or resolved.
This makes quite hard to integrate with some ticketing system, and even in email, people have to dig in into the body to see what details are.Would be good if subject line contains "resolved" when resources are back online
and
"unavailable" when resources are unavailable

Disable Resource Health alerts to only Databricks VM
Customer has set resource health alerts to all resources group within a subscription for operator to monitor if there are any resource outage. Now, operators received many false alarm alerts since by nature Databricks will remove the cluster node (VM) when idle.
As checked, we can use action rule to suppress the alerts’ notification, but it will suppress all VM alerts instead of just Databricks VM.
If we set to exclude the resource group of Databricks, in future if there is new resource group they have to manually add them in the resource health alerts rules.

Show Resource Health in the Dashboard
It would be great to be able to show the green tick or red cross from the resource health section on your dashboard for a specific resource.
