Make it easier to find information on SQL Managed Instances
There is no single place within the Microsoft Azure documentation or announcements that appears to cater to the SQL Managed Instance. Neither an Azure SQL DB, nor an IaaS environment with SQL Server installed, it is a unique technology - which is not yet well served in the myriad of information currently published regarding Azure options. There is no [Microsoft Learn] offering for SQL Managed Instances. The [Microsoft Build] site does not even define it as a searchable product, to look for updates to the technology offering.
It seems like information regarding SMI is always attached to some other technology such as containers or Kubernetes.
